Nestled amidst the serene vineyards near Telavi, Chateau Tetri Bairagebi White Flags is truly a gem that exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, Nino and Yanna's warm hospitality made us feel like cherished guests-almost like family. We stayed in a spacious room that was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the stunning landscapes around, complete with air conditioning and a cozy seating area. The garden view was lovely, and I particularly enjoyed taking leisurely strolls amidst their grape shrubs. The food was exceptional! Georgi, the owner and chef, prepared mouthwatering meals that showcased local ingredients, and we indulged in splendid wines crafted by their family. We tried to visit Telavi and the Tsinandali estate, but with cabs being a challenge, we were delighted when Giorgi offered to drive us in his private car, all very reasonably priced! If you're searching for a relaxing escape from bustling Tbilisi, I wholeheartedly recommend this boutique hotel. Our time there was filled with laughter, delicious meals, and breathtaking views of the Caucasus. It's a charming spot to savor life's simple pleasures with friends or loved ones. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
